Primary Transition Support Programme 2026

This is a low-pressure, supportive space for parents whose children are starting primary school this September.

The purpose of this group is to offer reassurance, perspective, and somewhere to ask questions as the transition progresses - not to create extra things to keep up with.

Some parents will post. Many will read quietly. Both are completely fine.

I’ll guide the rhythm of this space as the year unfolds, sharing prompts and responses when it’s useful - not for the sake of activity.
